"I can’t say enough great things about Molly! She’s so sweet, talented and such a joy to work with. From our engagement session to our wedding, we have so many incredible photos that we’ll cherish forever. My husband and I had never had a photo shoot together and Molly made us feel so comfortable. Molly made sure to capture all the small, unplanned moments and for that we cannot express how much that meant to us to have those memories and moments in photos."

FAQ

There are so many photographers out there. How do I know who is right for me?

A. Anyone can pick up a camera and claim to be a photographer. But, do they have the creative vision, the passion, the experience, and the right tools to deliver what you are looking for? There are many things to consider when booking a professional photographer.

Be sure to go through a photographer's portfolio before booking with them. You want to make sure that you vibe with the way they pose their clients, their choices of backgrounds and camera settings, their editing style, and the story that their images tell.

Ensure that they use high quality equipment. Higher-end gear is designed to be more reliable. It's less likely to malfunction during a shoot (and your photographer should have back-up equipment, just in case). Also, you will often notice that images captured with higher quality equipment have better depth, focus and clarity. Yes, most photographers start out with basic equipment, but this definitely creates risks and limitations for their work, and a true professional will have taken their business to the next level with upgraded equipment. You also want to ensure that your photographer has all the different equipment needed for various conditions and settings.

Ask your photographer how they plan to store your images after your session. A professional should immediately back up your photos onto their editing platform, computer, or external hard drive, after your session. Storing your images in multiple ways is important. Make sure your images are safe, especially before they're delivered to you.

How will your photographer deliver your images to you once they are complete? Your images need to be delivered through a secure gallery, that gives you the option to download, print, and share, all directly within. Make sure you ask them if the gallery is time sensitive.

Phew! I know that's a lot to think about. I've given all of these factors a lot of consideration and am happy to answer any other questions you might have!

What's in your camera bag?

A. Professional photography is quite an expensive endeavor. I take equipment very seriously and have made a significant investment in equipment so that I can create a product that meets my high standards. Only the best for my clients!

1. Canon EOS R6 Body
2. Canon EOS R5 Body
3. Canon EOS 6D Mark II Digital Body
4. Canon EOS Rebel T8i Digital Body
5. Canon RF 28-70mm F2.8 Lens
6. CanonRF 85mm F1.2 Lens
7. Canon EF 24-70mm F2.8 Lens
8. Canon EF 135mm F2L Lens
9. Godox V1 Pro Round Head Speedlight
10. Canon Speedlite 430EX III-RT Flash

How do you store and deliver my images?

A. After your session, I immediately back up your photos onto my computer and editing platform. After culling through and professionally editing your images, I deliver your photos to you through a secure online gallery, which is email and password-protected. Within your gallery, you have the option to download, print, and share your photos with anyone. Your gallery is not time-sensitive, so you will be able to access it whenever you want.
